Qualifications

• Active unencumbered CNA certification in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with mobility including transferring and positioning safely.
• Monitor health status and vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
