Job summary

Wellington House in Gastonia, NC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in maintaining health and well-being. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition.
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
