Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care per resident care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Assist with meals, promoting proper nutrition and hydration.
• Monitor residents and report changes to licensed staff promptly.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Document care accurately and follow facility policies.
• Promote dignity, privacy, safety, and independence at all times.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and the care team.
