Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time AM and NOC shifts at our 5-Star Medicare-Rated facility. You will provide resident-centered care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and document care according to protocols.

Qualifications

• Current, active CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.
• Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
