Job summary

Concord Post Acute in Concord, CA is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time PM shift. You'll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and collaborate with our nursing team to maintain comfort and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

Active California CNA certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to assigned residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident care needs
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Support residents' dignity, independence, and overall well-being at all times
