Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Engage residents with companionship and activities to support well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
