Job summary

The Gardens of Rose Hill in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team. You will help residents maintain dignity, safety, and independence in a warm, team‑oriented environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for caregiving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Foster companionship and promote social engagement and wellbeing.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
