Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on the Minnesota Registry.
• Strong communication skills to engage and support elders respectfully.

• Commitment to preventing abuse and neglect while supporting elder dignity.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for safe patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Observe and respond to elders' needs, promoting independence and decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all elder care and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs.
• Participate in Clinical Service Team (CST) meetings to discuss resident progress and needs.
• Document and report changes in health, behavior, eating habits, skin condition, and psychosocial status.
