Ecumen Pathstone in Mankato, MN is hiring a Nursing Assistant CNA to join our dedicated team. You will provide personal care and follow the client's care plan under the direction of nursing staff in a nonprofit senior living community.

This part-time role offers varied shifts (6am-2:15pm, 2pm-10:15pm, 10pm-6:15am) with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Target pay is $23.00-$25.00 per hour, plus benefits including dental, vision, HSAs, PTO, and a 6% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures of the facility.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide incontinence care, oral care, and support with assistive devices.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with range of motion exercises.
• Respond to call lights and safety needs promptly.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support admissions, discharges, and accurate documentation.
• Communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
• Work collaboratively with staff in a dynamic care environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
