Ecumen North Branch is hiring a part-time Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota. The role involves personal care, ADLs, and following the care plan under nursing staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Follow facility safety rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per individualized care plan.
• Provide care during AM/HS shifts including oral care and hygiene.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document properly and coordinate with the care team.
