Montclair in Illinois is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services. You will provide hands-on care, help with activities of daily living, and promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents.

The role involves supporting residents with memory care needs, monitoring changes, and collaborating with a dedicated care team to ensure personalized, safe care in a warm environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia or cognitive impairments preferred.
• Ability to assist with mobility and ADLs safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork with care staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Engage memory care residents with person-centered activities.
• Assist with structured activities and routines to enhance quality of life.
• Support medication administration under supervision of licensed staff.
• Maintain infection control and safety in the environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and dining/services for coordinated care.
