Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services provided.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting dignity and respect.
