Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Howell Township, NJ to support residents daily under the Health & Wellness Director. This full-time, non-exempt position offers an hourly rate of $22 and shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Your responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and activities, while maintaining safety and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for elderly residents, with compassionate approach.
• Knowledge of dementia care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
