StoneBridge Senior Living in Marble Hill, MO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, feeding, and mobility, while documenting progress and communicating any changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing or state-approved CNA program and competency exam within 120 days.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of long-term care CNA experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and speech in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse and staff and performs assigned duties.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals, including setup, delivery, feeding assistance and intake documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and records intake.
• Tracks resident weight per policy and reports changes.
• Monitors skin condition and reports concerns to nurse/supervisor.
• Supports toileting program activities and documents progress daily.
• Maintains communication with nurse and supervisor about factors affecting duties.
