Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support nurses in delivering compassionate elder care. The role requires helping residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and hygiene within established care plans.

Qualified candidates will have a state-approved CNA program completion, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, and the facility offers comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of an approved program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurses and staff as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal delivery, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake.
• Records weights and reports changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitors skin condition and reports concerns.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets and tracks progress daily.
• Keeps staff informed of factors affecting performance.
• Reports changes in residents' condition to the nurse.
