Job summary

Bentley Commons in New Jersey is seeking CNAs and PCAs to provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents in our Wellness team. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and meal support while following individualized service plans and nursing direction.

Administered with respect for resident dignity, you will document services, communicate with families and team members, and participate in orientation and training as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• For NJ CNA/PCA, active or eligibility to obtain certification is required.
• Certification must remain active throughout employment.
• Experience with elderly care and memory care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, compassionate personal care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Follow care plans and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe resident areas and document services accurately.
• Support resident independence, dignity, and comfort.
