Responsibilities

• Assists patients with personal hygiene tasks and meals.
• Turns and positions patients; assists in transfers and ambulation.
• Assists in feeding; collects trays and nourishments; supports daily activities.
• Observes changes in patient condition and reports to supervisor.
• Distributes linens, cleans rooms, and maintains supplies.
