Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist patients and residents in personal hygiene tasks; assist with dressing, treatments, or other care activities.
• Turn and position patients; assist in transferring, ambulating and transporting.
• Distribute clean linens, make beds and maintain room cleanliness; monitor and respond to requests.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to supervisor; document observations as required.
• Prepare deceased persons and transport body to morgue when needed.
