Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with personal hygiene tasks and dressing.
• Turn and position patients and residents; assist with transferring, ambulating, and transporting.
• Assist in feeding, tray setup, and nourishment administration; maintain feeding areas.
• Provide bedpan/urinal care and assist incontinent patients as needed.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to supervisor.
• Help with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe care environment.
