Job summary

Bonvera Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a two-shift per day schedule (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm) in our Nursing department. You will provide CNA services to residents according to care plans and under the supervision of the Unit Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.

The role requires a CNA in good standing, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents in accordance with care plans and at supervisor direction.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documents intake.
