Job summary

Blue Ridge Independence at Home, a PACE program, seeks a compassionate CNA to join our in-home care team, helping participants maintain independence, safety, and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, active CNA license in good standing with CPR, at least one year of experience with older adults, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. We offer health benefits, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA license in good standing with CPR certification.
• Minimum one year experience with older adults or complex care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, eating, toileting).
• Support mealtime needs and provide feeding assistance when necessary.
• Help with laundry and light household tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Safely assist participants entering and exiting program vehicles.
• Monitor and report changes in participants' conditions to nursing staff.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive home environment and perform other duties as needed.
