Job summary

Blue Ridge Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. As a CNA, you work under an RN to provide personal care, monitor health status, and support daily activities for patients in home and community settings.

Qualified candidates hold an active VA CNA license, CPR certification, and a high school diploma; strong communication and a calm, self-directed approach are essential. We offer health/dental/vision insurance, retirement matching, PTO, and volunteer time.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in VA as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• High School Diploma strongly preferred.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including baths, oral hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Assist patients with dressing, feeding, and mobility as directed.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Maintain safe and clean patient environments and documentation.
