Job summary

Maple Landing Assisted Living in Mapleton, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caregiving team. The role supports residents with daily living activities, under the supervision of nursing staff, and helps maintain dignity and comfort in a warm home-like environment.

We offer an hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.00 and encourage applicants who meet state CNA requirements, CPR/BLS, and food handler standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• SNF/ALF CNA experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse and other staff and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, positioning, and transfers as needed.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal delivery, and documentation of intake.
• Delivers nutrition supplements and tracks intake and weight changes.
• Documents progress and communicates changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Attends care-plan meetings and follows infection control policies.
