Grove Creek Assisted Living in Lindon, Utah, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time or part-time roles. The CNA will provide resident care under the direction of the nursing team, assist with daily living activities, and document care and meal intake per policy.

Requirements include an active CNA state certification (preferred), high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, and a Food Handler Permit. Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide CNA services to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Support nursing staff and document meal intake and weights as directed.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility per care plans.
• Complete daily flow sheets and communicate changes in resident condition to nurses.
