Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Provide physical support for activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake/output as needed.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
