Benchmark Senior Living LLC in Hamden, CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities and monitor health changes, while providing emotional support and meaningful engagement.

The role requires a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required, with dementia experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
