Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, supporting daily activities with dignity and empathy.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
