Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and reporting changes to staff.

We value compassionate care, strong customer service, and the ability to engage residents in meaningful activities. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required, with preferred experience in senior living and dementia care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health/behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
