Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will deliver care to our residents in a warm, home‑like environment, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. Prior experience in skilled nursing or memory care is preferred. We offer benefits including paid training, medical/dental, 401k with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
