Job summary

Eagle Lake is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living, monitor health, and provide comfort in a long-term care setting.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved CNA course, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are available.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with Nurses and other staff, delivering quality care under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including meals, turning, ambulation, hydration.
• Help patients with hygiene tasks such as bedpans, baths, and showers.
• Provide adjunct care, including ice packs and non-sterile dressings.
• Check vital signs and record information in patient charts.
