Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and support residents in routines with sensitivity and respect.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, reporting changes, and assisting with mobility, hygiene, and activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nursing Assistant Training Program certificate preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required by state regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Courteous, friendly, patient, and compassionate approach to working with elderly residents.
• Strong integrity and discretion in handling residents' health information.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individualized service plan (ISP) for each resident and report changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Check and record vital signs, weights, and data per state regulations.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide behavioral prompts, cues, and supportive assistance to residents.
• Encourage resident participation in scheduled activities and help with transportation to activities.
• Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment; escort residents to appointments.
