Job summary

Resolute Care, LLC. in Minnesota is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our residential group home team.

You will provide hands-on support to individuals with varying care needs while helping them maintain independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, along with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401(k) and matching, vision and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and a company car.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification.
• Ability to follow care plans and directions.
• Experience in group home, assisted living, healthcare, disability services, or caregiving setting is preferred.
• Reliable transportation may be required.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor changes in health and report to managers and nursing staff.
• Take vital signs and document health information as directed.
• Follow individual care plans, health protocols, and safety procedures.
• Provide support with meals, activities, appointments, and community outings.
• Complete required documentation and communicate important information to managers and nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Support individuals with disabilities and/or medical, behavioral, or developmental needs.
• Work as part of a team to provide consistent, person-centered care.
