Job summary
Assured Care Minnesota is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our expanding team in a residential care setting. You will provide personal care, meals, mobility support and companionship in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Reliable transportation every single day.
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care (min 1 year).
- Willingness to complete post-offer TB testing and health screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance for residents.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
- Help with mobility around the house or to appointments.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to shop.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Report unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
- Offer daily living activities support, including meals and related tasks.
