Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output with accurate charting.
