Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the Sam Swope Care Center team on the Louisville campus. You will provide hands-on, resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Flexible schedule options with day, evening and overnight shifts, same-day pay, and other benefits are available. CNAs must be active in Kentucky and committed to respectful, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas.
• Assist with isolation procedures and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care.
