Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PT, on-site care at Sam Swope Care Center in Louisville. You will support residents with ADLs and health monitoring in a respectful, team-oriented setting.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy and collaboration with licensed nurses and therapists to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. A Kentucky CNA certification is required, with flexible day/evening/overnight shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Physical ability to lift, move and assist residents as needed.
• Successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and follow infection control protocol.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and other caregivers to ensure quality care.
