Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Bloomfield, NE is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in long-term care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support the nursing team under supervision.

This PRN role requires a CNA certification (or in progress), 3 months LTC experience, and a minimum of 30 hours per month with at least one weekend shift per month. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $25.50 per hour, with premium pay for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• CNA certification with State Board or in process; facility provides training.
• Colorado: QMAP may be required depending on facility.
• Maintains required certifications and CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and vital signs under RN supervision.
• Assist with meals, grooming, bathing, and documentation of resident care.
• Support infection prevention and use of PPE as required.
