CareBuilders at Home is seeking empathetic CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Fort Worth, TX. You will deliver personal care, monitor vital signs, and follow each client’s plan of care with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements include completion of a state-approved CNA program, unrestricted CNA certification, CPR as required by facilities, and at least two years of CNA experience in healthcare settings. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a state-approved CNA program and/or passing a competency evaluation.
• Must meet state CNA certification requirements and hold unrestricted CNA certification.
• At least 2 years of CNA experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies and client facility policies.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Documents patient care and follows plan of care.
• Delivers personal care services and records vital signs per facility protocols.
• Performs duties as assigned and maintains competency through continuing education.
