CareBuilders at Home is seeking empathetic CNAs to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in Texas. You will assist clients with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements include completion of a state-approved CNA program with unrestricted CNA certification and current CPR, and a minimum of 2 years CNA experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program or competency evaluation.
• Unrestricted CNA certification and current CPR.
• Minimum 2 years CNA experience in healthcare.
• CPR certification required by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Follow CareBuilders at Home policies.
• Follow client facility nursing policies.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
• Document patient care as assigned.
• Follow patient plan of care.
• Provide personal care services.
• Take vital signs and document as required.
• Record input/output for patients.
• Maintain competency through continuing education.
• Provide non-judgmental, respectful care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Duties may vary by assignment.
