Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assistance to patients in their homes, focusing on their needs and preferences.
• Take vital signs, report changes, and document patient information accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
