Job summary

Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for 36 hours per week, 7am–7pm with rotating weekends and holidays. You will support residents in long‑term care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with RNs and LPNs to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of the 75‑hour state approved nurse aide training program.
• Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living which may include dressing, feeding, bathing or any other hygiene needs.
• Assists the bedside nurse (RN or LPN) with patient treatment and examinations.
• Takes vital signs, documents status and gives treatment as directed by Registered Nurse.
• Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
