Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center in Lancaster, CA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents. You will follow resident assessments and care plans, assist with daily living activities, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

This role requires CA CNA licensure and ability to document accurately, communicate with nursing staff, and follow care instructions. Pay range is $19–$21 per hour, CPR preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared and residents are escorted to rooms.
• Observe and report skin integrity issues and changes in health status.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
