PACS Group in Fountain Valley, California, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to care plans, and support supervisors.

You will identify residents, document accurately, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. CPR preferred; CNA license required by state.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and interpret care plans and nursing notes.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow facility policies and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
