Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and transports as directed by nursing staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and attend to residents’ needs.
• Participate in in-service programs and meetings as directed.
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and personal care.
• Ensure infection control procedures are followed and required documentation is completed.
• Present a professional image and protect resident rights.
