Job summary

Yancey House is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents in a senior living setting. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and support the nursing team to maintain residents' health and well-being.

Ideal candidates will have a state-approved CNA training program, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of healthcare or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs and observe changes in residents' condition.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures, respond to emergencies when needed.
