Job summary

Rose Tara Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents and support the nursing team in maintaining health and wellbeing. The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care and dignity for seniors in a safe, supportive setting.

The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and promote residents' social engagement while following infection control protocols and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program required.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under supervision.
• Foster resident engagement, companionship, and participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
