The Gardens of Roseboro is seeking a dedicated CNA to support residents with daily living activities and health monitoring. You will work with the nursing team to promote comfort, dignity, and independence in a caring community.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, engaging residents in activities, and maintaining safety and infection control standards in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• 1 year of healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
