Job summary

Aliya Healthcare in Palos Park, IL seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will work closely with our clinical team to maintain dignity and safety.

The role requires current CNA certification, CPR, and good verbal English; long-term care experience is preferred. You will document care, respond to call lights, and help uphold HIPAA and facility standards.

Qualifications

• CNA certification current and valid per state law.
• Age 18 or older.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, provide fluids between meals.
• Support residents with mobility (ambulating, turning, positioning).
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output; report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain resident comfort and respond to call lights promptly.
• Document care provided and observations accurately.
• Uphold privacy and dignity per HIPAA and facility standards.
• Comply with regulations and participate in ongoing CNA education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
