Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care duties such as bathing, feeding, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Maintains beds, distributes nourishments, and keeps an orderly environment.
• Provides direct care to residents according to the care plan and documents changes.
• Assists with planning and evaluating plans of care and reports to the Unit Charge Nurse.
