Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care such as bathing, feeding, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Make beds and distribute nourishments; maintain a clean, orderly environment.
• Maintain personal and oral hygiene of residents and support their independence.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans; document changes and store information as needed.
• Follow infection control policies and use protective equipment; adhere to Universal Precautions.
